Morning Group Classes at:
5:30 AM
7:00 AM

then:
Open Gym/Open Format from 8:00 AM – 10 AM

~ Gym Closed from 10 AM – 3:30 PM ~

Afternoon/Evening Sessions at:
3:30 PM
4:30 PM
5:30 PM
6:30 PM
Structured Classes on Saturdays at 9 am-10 am
Sundays: Open Gym [NOT Open Format] from 10 am -12 noon

Our daily workouts are programmed to reflect these and offer our community a well rounded approach to health and fitness.
